We recently successfully installed a low-vibration dry compact cryogenic system at a research institute in Beijing. The cryogenic system is designed in a split type and consists of two parts: a helium circulating cryogenic system (Qcryo ® ) and a compact micro cryogenic thermostat (S-300-S).
Among them, the S-300-S adopts ultra-low vibration and drift design, the thermostat and pipeline are made of magnetically-free materials, and the ultra-compact tail matches electromagnets, which are very suitable for low-temperature magneto-optical experiments.
Qcryo ® is a multifunctional and efficient helium circulation cryogenic system. It uses flexible insulation pipelines to guide cold helium into the S-300-S cryostat. The Qcryo, which uses multiple shock absorption technology, and the S-300-S cryostat form a dry closed-loop system that does not consume liquid helium, and still maintains ultra-low vibration characteristics. The minimum temperature is<2.3K, and the temperature stability is better than ±10mK.
The successful installation of this cryogenic system further strengthens our leadership in the field of dry low vibration and cryogenics.
